Who we are?
As a kid growing up, one of my favorite summertime fascinations was fireworks. My dad would always take me to this tent in Manhattan, KS and we would 'bargain shop' and pick out a big assortment that we could shoot off at our farm. At the age of 10, my grandpa told me he had a friend that distributed fireworks and wanted to know if I'd like to set up a small stand in Riley, KS for the millennium. This was the start of my career in fireworks; with two 4' cardboard tables I made a whopping $200 gross sale.
